Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd of August 2011
Intermediate 12  2 tier round stacked swags and drapes with open roses. Cost of class $640 + gst
2 day  class 10-6pm


You will learn how to cover and stack a 2 tier round cake and learn how to create fabric effect sugar drapes or swags to decorate your cake .We will also create open sugar roses to complete this beautiful design.Photo to follow soon.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided on both days.



Friday 5th of August 2011.
Beginners 3 Bow cake workshop. Cost of class $340 +  gst

9.30am -6pm Suitable for all.This class is now full.


In this class you will learn how to level your cake, ganaching your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. Sugar paste ribbons will be made to decorate your cake with a show topping bow, placed on top. You will learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and how to apply to the cake.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided.

Beginners 2 Shooting stars cake workshop Cost of class $340 + gst
9.30am -6pm Suitable for all.This class is now full.


In this class you will decorate a round chocolate mud cake. You will learn how to level your cake, ganache your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. Sugar paste wired stars will be made to decorate your cake. We will learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and apply to the cake. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided.

Monday 8th of August  2011

 Beginners 6 Animal circus tent Cost of class $340 + gst 
9.30am -6pm

In this class you will learn how to carve a tent shape from a cake and learn how to ganache the cake.

Using sugar paste we will learn how to cover this unusual shape and then model cute friendly animals poking out from the opening doors. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes. This class is only available if you have completed either beginners 2 or 3 class, as you will need to have learnt the stages of preparing your cake for ganaching and covering your cake with sugar paste before advancing to this class.





******New class Tuesday 9th of August 2011 Pirate  and Princess cupcakes and cookies.9.30am -6pm
Cost of class $340 + gst Suitable for all.This class is now full.

In this class you will learn how to decorate allready made and baked  both cupcakes and cookies.You will learn how to decorate using ganache and sugar paste.You will decorate 4 cupcakes and 4 cookies and learn how to package them as gifts. Perfect for all your party celebrations.A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.


******New class Wednesday 10th of August 2011 Princess cake
9.30am -6pm Cost of class $340  + gst
Suitable for all.


In this class you will decorate a round chocolate mud cake. You will learn how to level your cake, ganache your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. We will make flower blossoms and use them to decorate your cake .We will model from sugar paste a little princess to place on the top of your cake cake.  Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.

Thursday 11th and Friday 12th of August 2011
Beginners 7 Novelty Pirate ship. Cost of class $600 + gst 2 day class workshop.10- 6pm and 10-3pm.

In this class we will learn how to carve into a shape of a ship  and assemble the cake and cover with chocolate flavoured sugar paste .We will make ship masts, pirate chest and model  pirates, 2 sitting and 2 standing, shark fins and lots more.This is a great design for all children, young and old!
A light lunch and refreshments are provided on both days.Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.

Sunday 14th of August  2011
Beginners 1. Baking cupcake class. Cost of class $340 + gst
1 day class 10-6pm



In this workshop you will make and bake 6 vanilla cupcakes and then decorate them to take home. A moist and delicious vanilla cup cake recipe will be used and then using sugar paste to decorate. Embossed rolling pins and crimpers will be shown how to use to achieve beautiful effects and small decorative rolled roses and cut outs 3D butterflies. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.



Thursday 18th  of August   2011 Macaroon Tower   10-6pm  Cost of class $340 + gst This class is now full.


We will learn how to make and bake and fill our macaroons.Using a wicked ganache we will flavour with fruits and liquors as a delightful filling.
We will arrange them in a tower for a visual feast for you to then  take home and wow everyone!
Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.

In this class we will learn how to make the latest trend  from America, Cake Pops.A deliscious combination of  cake and ganache combined and modelled onto a lolly stick and then dipped in chocolate.Perfect for making childrens parties go with a bang!.We will make a variety of colours and shapes including  animals as well as scary monsters!Learn how to make ganache, colour chocolate and package these tasty treats.

 Sunday 21st of August  2011 Baking mud cake demonstration.1pm -4pm Cost of demo $220 + gst 
Suitable for all. 3 hour demonstration.


Learn how to bake a perfect mud cake and make beautiful chocolate ganache.Learn all the tips
that will bake a perfect mudcake. This demonstration will show how to make the recipe how to test a cake as there will also be a cake being baked during the demonstartion and of course a cake allready baked for us to sample!!  Discussion, notes and of course samples will be shared!

*****New class Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd of August 2011 10-6pm both days.Masquerade cake 2 tier round stacked cakeCost of class $695+ gst. Not suitable for beginners.

Learn how to level, ganache and cover with sugar paste  a 2 tier round cake.We will learn how to use internal dowels for support.We will make a masquerade mask from pastillage paste and use edible metallic paints and edible glitters to create depth and beauty to this cake.We will learn how to use an airbrush to get different depths and shades of colour to our design on our cake and then top it all off with a feather.A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Lemony day of baking  9.30 am -5pm Suitable for all. Cost of class $300 + gst


Lemony day of baking. In this workshop  I will demonstrate deliscious desserts all with a tangy lemony theme, you will all be involved at various stages of the creating of the desserts.

The first is my hubbys favourite deliscious lemon meringue pie.I will show you how to make the perfect pastry,lemon curd and a crunchy toffee like meringue topping.
The next will be a deliscious lemon roulade and then  a beautiful lemon mousse  with simple tuille biscuits to garnish.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
Samples and recipes will be given for you to take home and enjoy!

*****New class Tuesday 30th of August 2011 9.30-5pm Suitable for all.Cost of class $300 + gst

Decadent desserts

In this workshop  I will demonstrate  4 deliscious desserts all with a different taste theme, you will all be involved at various stages of the creating of the desserts.
Banoffee pie, originated from my home county of Sussex and recreated in many ways but mine is the best!
I will show you how to create a beautiful toffee and banana dessert perfect for all entertaining.

Apple and toffe crumble pie a perfect dessert served either cold or hot topped with a deliscious toffee sauce, perfect with cinnamon cream or my favourite, custard.

Melting chocolate  pots, a little dish of chocolate heaven individually created to serve each guest.(These will be sampled in the class!)

Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake a little slice of heaven!

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
Samples and recipes will be given for you to take home and enjoy!

I am based in Daisy Hill south of Brisbane approx. 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and just over and I hour from the Sunshine coast.I am just of exit 24 of the Pacific highway, very close to my favourite store Ikea!

If a class is cancelled, a full refund of the class will be made , or if you choose , transferred to another class to the same value. No refunds or transfers will be given for classes not attended or cancelled . Please send someone to take your place.
